The Jr.Graphic Designer position is a new position created to support the development of online marketing programs for our clients.

Responsibilities

Your day-to-day activities will vary, but will likely include:

  • Designing Facebook and Instagram ads
  • Designing display banner ads
  • Designing emails
  • Designing Info-graphics and materials for motion graphic videos
  • Designing landing pages
  • Sourcing photos for ads and inspiration
  • Some copywriting ad creative for Google Ads and Microsoft ads
  • Some copywriting for Facebook ads

Qualifications

  • 4-year college degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, or equivalent experience.
  • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator
  • Strong graphic design skills and portfolio 
  • Intellectual curiosity
  • Sense of humor
  • Creativity
  • Extreme, almost fanatical detail orientation
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and clients
  • Strong maturity level and work ethic
  • Experience with content management systems
  • Experience with email marketing
  • Familiarity with Facebook Advertising
  • Familiarity with Google AdWords

Other Requirements:

  • Demonstrable track record to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Must reside in the United States and legally authorized to work in the United States..
  • Ability to work remotely

What is the pay, hours, and benefits for this position?
  • Non-exempt position paying $27.00 - $38.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
  • Full-time position requires a minimum of 35 hours per week; additional hours may be required.
