Polish speaking as second language is required.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a very good and clear communicator and can manage many communication channels within international team
• Can carry on a highly-mannered external communication via phone and email
• Can figure out how to solve a problem on their own first
• Is computer literate
• Is bilingual - Polish as second language is required.
• Is simply likable and easy to get along with
• Your past experience in the relevant field is not as important as basic understanding of business operations and your can-do attitude

Your responsibilities and duties:

• Keep a watchful eye on ongoing projects, managing timelines, tracking milestones, and maintaining regular updates
• Assisting in activities related to the service of an external investors, clients and company partners
• Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication channels
• Assisting in financial documents management
• Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, competitors, and potential business prospects to enrich strategic perspective
• Providing support to internal teams
